TO HELP YOUR DAY ALONG ....
The NGG takes place on Wetherby Racecourse, which is signposted from the A1(M), Junction 46.
The postcode for your SatNav is LS22 5EJ
The large Wetherby Services, at Junction 46, has all of the usual motorway services facilities.
The showground is on the centre of the course. You enter by taking a right turn through a gateway in a wall, opposite the public car park.
Entry to the NGG is FREE.
But it is hoped that you will feel able to support the Greyhound Trust by making a donation into one of the buckets you will see around the ground. Thank you!
IF YOU ARE VISITING THE NGG TO FIND OUT ABOUT GIVING A GREYHOUND A LOVING HOME ....
Head to the GTWY ‘Home’ gazebo or collar a GTWY volunteer in a bright green shirt. There will be plenty of people more than happy to talk to you about the ‘whys & hows’ of taking one of these wonderful dogs into your home.
Greyhound Trust West Yorkshire has been finding homes for greyhounds for 2 decades - and we want to find more!
We welcome all enquiries and work hard to find the right greyhound to suit your individual circumstances – whether you are single or a family, younger or older, there can be a greyhound for you!

You will find water for your 4 legged friends in buckets all around the site.
Please use the rubbish bags provided.
We will be really grateful for your help with leaving Wetherby Racecourse just as we found it…..

FOR PEOPLE THINKING OF HOMING A GREYHOUND, our Sunday 'Drop In' Sessions are a great opportunity to meet greyhounds and their owners and to ask all of your questions.
FOR THOSE WHO ALREADY SHARE THEIR LIVES WITH A HOUND - there will be plenty of greyhound chat & companionship, sharing of experiences & information.
AND THERE IS ALWAYS GTWY HOSPITALITY - USUALLY WITH CAKE!
A WARM GREYHOUND WELCOME!
